How to install WP Cloner script?

I tried to install massautomation's WPCloner script, but failed. Nor do I understand the ftp details that need to be filled in, nor, if I actually installed the script correctly.
Their support was useless and gave up on me in the end. (I am sure, it was because I don't get the basics).

Can anybody else give me a tip what to do in this case?

Maybe if you post what directions were given, what needs filled in etc. someone can take a guess.
